I was prepared to find flaws in this post because the title is actually “9 Crucial UI Features of SM & Networking Sites.” Many of the suggestions are things I do on a routine basis when designing modern web applications of any type (not just social media focused.) These are not crucial features however, but rather design techniques to keep the eye focused on the user’s task at hand.
